- 7 dkg margarine
- 3 dkg fresh yeast (or 7 g dry yeast)
- 1 mc salt
- 1 mc granulated sugar
- 4 dl milk
- 2 egg yolks
To stretch: flour
To lubricate the baking tray: margarine
On the top: 1 teaspoon milk, 1 egg yolk
