  • 7 dkg margarine
  • 3 dkg fresh yeast (or 7 g dry yeast)
  • 1 mc salt
  • 1 mc granulated sugar
  • 4 dl milk
  • 2 egg yolks

To stretch: flour

To lubricate the baking tray: margarine

On the top: 1 teaspoon milk, 1 egg yolk
