Porridge base

  • 50 g of porridge
  • 1 dl of water
  • 1 dl milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Put the water and milk in a small bowl to cook with the oatmeal and salt. It should take a few minutes to thicken. Then remove from the heat and stir in the honey. You can add raisins, address, grated dark chocolate, hazelnuts, ....

Let it stand for a few minutes on the plate.
